What to prepare

The quest can only be done during Saint Ballotwine. The first three flower lists are bought on the marketplace or harvested; the rare flowers are quest items. You also need a second character at the same step for the end.

The 11 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Isgrate Giftoyu

   The official storyteller of King Allister's court wants flowers to court a lady, but he doesn't like getting his hands dirty: he sends you in his place.

   

2. 2Bring the blop flowers

   Buy or drop the first flower list in the Blop Fields and in the Royal Rainbow Blop Lair dungeon, then bring it to Isgrate. He immediately gives you another list.

   These flowers can be bought on the marketplace, or harvested with an alchemist. Bring them to Isgrate, who still needs you.

4. 4Buy the Bluebells

5. 5Bring the bouquets of flowers

   The other flowers are bought on the marketplace or drop from monsters; the Carniflora drops from Kanniball Andchain. Give everything to Isgrate: this time he asks you for rare flowers.

6. 6Gather the rare flowers of the World of Twelve

   Collect

   Three rare flowers are gathered directly on the map.

   • [-2,-44] pick up a Bleeding Rose, near Cania Lake
   • [-10,9] harvest a Kalamarose, in the Kaliptus Forest
   • [9,16] gather a Chrysanthemum, in the Amakna cemetery

   Rare flowers are quest items: they cannot be bought on the marketplace.

7. 7Gather the rare flowers from the dungeons

   Collect

   The five other flowers are in the last room of five dungeons. So you must complete each of them.

   • [10,15] Skeleton Dungeon, from the cemetery: pick a Dragon's Blood once the boss is defeated
   • [-3,-7] Crackler's Rocky Peaks: cut a Rosette Flower at the end of the dungeon
   • [-2,-5] Larva Dungeon: collect an Alyssum in the last room, before or after the boss
   • [1,26] Scaraleaf Dungeon: harvest an Alyssum once the boss is defeated
   • [-5,10] Bwork Dungeon: pick up a Trool Stuffing at the dungeon exit

8. 8Bring back the rare flowers

   Bring the eight rare flowers to Isgrate. To thank you, he tells you where to find an amulet that holds the power of love.

9. 9Enter the underground passage with a second character

   Movement[-9,-9]

   In the Treechnid Forest, enter the house at [-9,-9] : you arrive in a room with slabs. You need two characters at this step of the quest, one on each slab.

   A character that is not at this step, or that has already completed the quest, does not trigger the slab. You no longer need a male character and a female character: two of the same sex will do.

   

10. 10Go through the gate with your soulmate

    [-9,-9] · Isgrate Giftoyu

    Talk to Isgrate Giftoyu, who gives you the chest key, then click the gate to get through. With more than two characters, leave one on its slab while the others pass, and have it go last.

    If you click the gate without getting through, stand exactly on the cell to the right just in front of the gate.

11. 11Open the chest with your soulmate

    On the other side, place one character to the right of the chest and one to the left: each opens it from their side. The quest ends, and you receive the Amourlette.

The amulet is the Amourlette Hernel or the Amourlette Ernal depending on the character: when worn, it gives the title Ballotwine.

The quest does not unlock any other quest. It is part of the Saint Ballotwine event and only starts during its period.

Where does the Flower Power quest start?

With Isgrate Giftoyu, in Astrub City at [3,-18]. It only starts during Saint Ballotwine, from level 20; level 60 is recommended.

Where can you buy the Bluebells?

In Astrub, at [6,-21], for 1,000 kamas.

Can rare flowers be bought on the marketplace?

No, they are quest items. Three are picked in the World of Twelve, five in the last room of the Skeleton, Crackler, Larva, Scaraleaf and Bwork dungeons.

Do you need a male character and a female character?

No, not anymore. You just need two characters at the same step of the quest, regardless of their sex.

The gate won't open, what should I do?

Stand exactly on the cell to the right, just in front of the gate. Also check that the two characters on the slabs are at this step of the quest.
