The 8 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Bambelle

   Dialogue[-64,-51] · Bambelle

   Her sawmill is broken, and nobody dares venture out there to repair it. Bambelle sends you to ask Francky for help, at the tinkerers' workshop.

   

2. 2Ask Francky for advice

   Dialogue[-75,-38] · Francky

   At the tinkerers' workshop in the Village, tell Francky about Bambelle's problems. He refuses to go too, but draws up plans and gives you the list of resources so you can repair it yourself.

   To talk to Francky, the quest Handygirl must not be in progress: finish it or don't start it.

   

3. 3Gather the materials

   Items[-77,-45]

   Gather 1 Twiggy Hammer, 4 Oilbow Grease, 4 Red Metaria, 5 Bakelelite, 5 Pyrute, 20 Oak Wood, 35 Aspen Wood and 5 Mastogob Black Pudding Pizza. The pizzas are bought at Ernest's Grocery Store, in [-77,-45].

   

4. 4Hand over the items to Bambelle

   Items[-64,-51] · Bambelle

   Gormor the Mangler will take care of the repair. But Bambelle has another project: divert some of the heat from the piping to her workshop. She needs a copy of the plans, held by Hugo Frost and Valy Domidat.

5. 5Collect a copy of the plans

   Items

   Depending on the case, the game offers you one of these two methods. In the Tower of Archives: talk to Hugo Frost and knock him out to get the Key to the Archives Room, go up to the second floor and click on the shelf. In the tinkerers' workshop: stand in front of Valy Domidat to knock her out, then click on the chest behind her.
