The 8 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Ogivol Victor

   Dialogue[-71,-87] · Ogivol Victor

   Ogivol Victor asks you to take mineral water samples to analyze it and make it drinkable, then to bring the samples to Ernest Laye's warehouse.

   

2. 2Take some water

   Collect[-68,-86] [-66,-85] [-70,-84] [-72,-85] [-72,-84] [-73,-84]

   Visit six maps in the area: the sample is obtained upon arriving on each map, no need to click the pools.

3. 3Show the samples to Ogivol Victor

   Items[-71,-87] · Ogivol Victor

   Show him the samples, as well as the strange water creature you discovered.

4. 4Drop off the samples at Ernest Laye's

   Items[-77,-45] · Ernest Laye

   Bring the samples to the Frigost Village grocery store and ask Ernest Laye where to drop them off.

5. 5Question Jon Burrowman

   Dialogue[-81,-44] · Jon Burrowman

   At the alchemists' workshop, Jon Burrowman can't tell you more about the water creature: he advises you to ask another alchemist.

   

6. 6Pay Otomai a visit

   [-55,15] · Otomai

   Otomai is very busy: he sends you to see his assistant, in a laboratory on the coral beach.

7. 7Meet Kimiya

   Dialogue[-49,9] · Kimiya

   Kimiya agrees to help you, but his potions require resources: 10 Snailmet Slobber, 1 Tynril Pistil and 5 Steam Crackler Egg. Bring them to him: he restarts the creature's growth and advises you to take it back to where you found it.

8. 8Put the creature back in the pool

   Items[-73,-84] · Oynop

   Head to the Pool of the Tears of Ouronigride, at [-73,-84], and click the pool. Oynop appears there: left there by a demon as a larva, she owes you her life and will serve you in other quests. The quest ends.

With Ogivol Victor, at the Tears of Ouronigride at [-71,-87]. You must be at least level 140.

How do you take the water samples?

By visiting six maps : [-68,-86], [-66,-85], [-70,-84], [-72,-85], [-72,-84] and [-73,-84]. The sample is obtained on arrival, without clicking the pools.

Where do you find Kimiya?

In a laboratory on the coral beach, at [-49,9]. Otomai, at [-55,15], sends you to him.
