What to prepare

Nothing to gather: you need a team able to defeat Mastoslob while staying out of his melee range.

1. 1Take the wanted notice

   Enter the Frigost Village militia and go left, into the wanted room. Click the highlighted sign, the leftmost one, next to the weapons.

2. 2Find Mastoslob

   Movement

   Mastoslob always appears in the Icefields area, on Frigost. If a group defeats him without anyone getting him as a follower character (no one started the quest, or everyone has already completed it), he reappears immediately in the area.

   Mastoslob is not always there: once defeated, he disappears from the area for several hours before reappearing.

3. 3Defeat Mastoslob

   Combat

   Mastoslob has no invulnerable state. He only attacks in melee, with neutral damage, gains 1 MP each time he is pushed, and can kill a character in one melee hit from turn 6, then every 5 turns. He also boosts his allies' damage, summons a monster and pushes back 5 cells.

   Each monster accompanying him weakens him: the Ad Hoc Allies state removes 800 Vitality and 50 Power for each monster with him.

4. 4Deliver Mastoslob

   Items[-76,-42] · Peter S. Hilton

   After the victory, Mastoslob follows you as a follower character, provided you started the quest. Go back to the militia and this time go right, into the prison. Talk to Peter S. Hilton: the quest ends and Mastoslob joins the other wanted targets behind bars.

Where do I find Mastoslob?

Always in the Icefields area, on Frigost. Once defeated, he disappears for several hours, unless no one in the group got him as a follower character.

How do I stop Mastoslob from killing a character in one hit?

By staying more than 7 range away from him, especially from turn 6. Masticate kills a character in melee, then comes back every 5 turns.

Should I push Mastoslob?

Better not. Each push gives him 1 MP for one turn, which helps him reach your characters.

Where do I deliver Mastoslob?

At Peter S. Hilton, in the Village militia prison, at [-76,-42], on the right as you enter.
