Beat Draegnerys
Reinforcements on every even turn
Draegnerys summons two Dreggons from turn 1, then one every two turns, and all of them grow stronger as the turns go by. Do not let the summons pile up: a fight that drags on quickly becomes painful.

She hits from a distance with Fire: Drakaaris up to 10 RNG, Knout pushing back 2 cells. Somatotropin strengthens an ally with AP, MP, vitality and power for 2 turns. Her reinforcements are the real danger; her weakest resistance is Earth.

The four-step strategy against Draegnerys
Go fast. The monsters gain 3 AP, 2 MP, power and vitality on turn 1 with Audacious, then 6 AP and 4 MP with Intrepid on turn 4. Every turn saved counts: kill early whatever can be killed.
Reinforcements first. Kill the summoned Dreggons as they arrive, each in its weakness: Fire on Slate, Earth on Clay, Air on Limestone, Water on Coal. Alabaster has no weakness.
Watch for Somatotropin. If Draegnerys boosts a Dreggon that is already threatening, switch targets and kill it before it takes advantage of its extra AP and MP.
Draegnerys last. With the field clear, hit her while staying out of her lines, sheltered from obstacles: Knout pushes back and wrecks your positioning. Finish her before a new wave complicates everything.
Audacious and Intrepid
On turn 1, all the monsters enter the Audacious state, until the end of the fight: 3 AP, 2 MP, 50 power and 200 vitality. On turn 4, they become Intrepid: 6 AP, 4 MP, 100 power and 200 vitality, and they change appearance.
Only the Clay, Slate, Coal and Limestone Dreggons become Intrepid, and some of their spells then gain an effect: Chance steal for the Slate, Agility steal for the Clay, 2 AP for the Limestone, range and RNG removal for the Coal.
The monsters of Draegnerys's Trial
Five level 62 Dreggons. The four colored ones have only 3 AP and 1 MP at the start, but their states transform them: kill them before they become Intrepid. Resistances in red are their weaknesses.
In which order to kill the monsters
- Coal Dreggon — it hits from very far away and, when Intrepid, gains even more range while removing yours.
- Slate Dreggon — its Foliation hits harder with each cast, and it steals Chance once Intrepid.

Preparing your run through Draegnerys's Trial
A dungeon for levels 60 to 70, medium difficulty, that mostly punishes fights that drag on. People come here for It's Radical, the achievements and Draegnerys's soul, with a Soul Stone for Average Souls (captures up to level 100).
How to enter Draegnerys's Trial
The entrance is on Dreggon Peninsula, in Amakna, at ; the nearest zaap is the one at Scaraleaf Plain . There are three ways to open it: a Key to Draegnerys's Trial (consumed), the key ring if it is registered there, or the automatic group finder. The quest It's Radical gives you one.
Crafting the Key to Draegnerys's Trial
It is crafted at a handyman's workshop. The four Shells and the Rancid Meat drop from the dungeon's Dreggons, at 43%. Shiny Sardine (fishing), Wild Mint and Hop (harvesting) complete the recipe.

Which team to bring against Draegnerys
Several elements. Each colored Dreggon loses 10% in one element: Fire against Slate, Earth against Clay, Air against Limestone, Water against Coal. Two elements in the team speed up each fight noticeably.
Concentrated damage. The Audacious then Intrepid states strengthen the monsters at each stage: a team that kills fast suffers far less from their bonuses.
The six achievements of Draegnerys's Trial
Each achievement gives 1,384,000 XP and 2 Draegnerys's Cloth, Duo doubles the XP; Sidekick gives 2,076,000 XP. Special requires the opposite of the usual strategy: letting the Dreggons evolve.
| Achievements | Condition | Points | XP |
|---|---|---|---|
| Draegnerys (Sidekick) | Defeat Draegnerys in her dungeon while completing the “The Heroes” challenge | 5 | 2 076 000 |

| Draegnerys's Trial | Defeat Draegnerys in this boss's dungeon. | 10 | 1 384 000 |
| Draegnerys (Special) | Defeat Draegnerys in her dungeon while completing the “Come Out of Your Shell” challenge. | 10 | 1 384 000 |
Special: Come Out of Your Shell
Enemies must only be finished off when at least one of them is in the Intrepid state. Only the Clay, Slate, Coal and Limestone Dreggons become Intrepid, on their own, after 4 to 6 turns; you can recognize them by their evolved form. Do not finish off any enemy before then, then keep an Intrepid Dreggon alive while you finish the others.
