Thomahon's Disciple is in front of the altar of the North. Thomahon rarely grants his favors: after suggesting a donation of one hundred million kamas, the disciple offers another way, defeating dungeon guardians while wielding Thomahon's idols.

2Craft the Maritime Thomahon Idol
Crafting · Harmony Daule
Go near the Amakna church, where the Huppermage Harmony Daule has set up shop, and use the special idol workshop. You can craft the idols one by one and do the corresponding dungeon in between.

6Defeat Sphincter Cell
Combat
In the Sphincter Cell's Lair dungeon, enter the boss room and use the Nauseating Thomahon Idol from your quest inventory to get its alteration. Then defeat Sphincter Cell in a single fight.
In a group, each character must activate the idol for their quest to progress. If you lose, go back to the room and use the idol again: it isn't lost before the end of the quest.

Alteration of the Maritime Thomahon Idol: not ending your turn in contact with an enemy makes you lose 50% of your HP for 2 turns; when an ally takes damage, their allies within four cells or less take 200% of it; opponents reflect 50% of the damage they take.

Alteration of the Arboreal Thomahon Idol: ending your turn lined up with an enemy or an ally makes you lose 50% of your HP for 2 turns; opponents gain 4 MP; at the end of their turn, enemies pull by one cell all allies located more than 8 RNG away.
