2Find The Masked Avenger
Movement
The Masked Avenger always appears in the Tears of Ouronigride area, on Frigost. She isn't always there: once defeated, she disappears for several hours before coming back.
If a group defeats her without anyone getting her as a follower character (quest not started or already completed), she immediately respawns in the area.

Beat her: if you started the quest, you get her as a follower character. See the strategy below.
Never remove her range: she then gains 50% resistances for 2 turns.

Go back to the Frigost Village militia and go right this time, to the prison. Talk to Peter S. Hilton: you lose your follower, the quest ends and The Masked Avenger appears behind bars.

The fights
Level 160
20,000 HP and 8 MP, no invulnerable state. Ad Hoc Allies State: -1,300 vitality and -50 power per monster accompanying her, with no end. She hits very hard in water, as life steal in melee, and fairly hard at range. Keep her more than 11 range away from your characters (8 MP, 1 range of her melee spell and 2 bonus MP) to avoid two big hits on the same character and her chance steal. Dispel her as soon as possible: she boosts herself almost every turn. You can remove her range to kill her allies first, but don't hit her during that phase.

Effect cast from the very start of the fight, with no end: each range removal gives her 50% resistances for 2 turns.

Spirit of Vengeance
Gives all monsters 50 damage, 2 MP, 10% critical and 4 range for 4 turns (5 on a critical). Cooldown of 4 turns.

Bubble Blow
Hits for 800 water and removes 2 to 3 MP for 1 turn. From 2 to 15 range, once per target.

Avenging Attack
Hits for 800 water as life steal and steals 26 to 50 chance (75 on a critical) for 4 turns, stackable. At 1 range only, modifiable range, once per target.

Can you remove her range?
Better avoid it. Each range removal gives her 50% resistances for 2 turns; only do it to keep her at a distance while you kill her allies.
How far away should you keep her?
More than 11 range away. Her melee spell hits hardest and makes her steal chance; with her 8 MP and her bonus of 2 MP, 11 range keeps her out of reach.
