The 5 rooms of Damadrya's Bamboo Grove
Five fights against the Plantalas, almost all of whose spells hit in a randomly drawn element: no point counting on a specific resistance. For each room: the setting, then the tactical view with the starting cells (blue: you, red: the monsters). Tap an image to enlarge it.

Room 5 — Damadrya
Damadrya's room. Do not end your turns in contact with a monster: Bloodsucker would heal it. The strategy is detailed just below.

Defeat Damadrya
Contact heals the monsters
From the start of the fight, Bloodsucker erodes you by 20% and steals life from you at each end of turn. Above all, ending your turn in contact with a monster heals it, and gives it a shield if it already has all its HP.

Almost immobile with 2 MP, she hits from afar with Hawthorn, which removes 1 MP, and summons a Bud with 20 MP every turn that explodes on contact with you. The boss is fairly simple: you just have to hit. She resists little everywhere, barely 2% in Fire.
HawthornUp to 10 cells without line of sight, twice per turn: removes 1 dodgeable MP.
-
Burgeoning
One Bud per turn, up to 5 cells without line of sight: it charges at you and explodes on contact.
UrticariaHits all the cells in a line 2 cells around her, her allies included, and removes 50 Power.
The three-step strategy against Damadrya
Not in contact. Play at range as much as possible: each end of turn in contact with a monster heals it, and Bloodsucker already erodes you. Also do not stay lined up 2 cells from Damadrya, where Urticaria hits.
Damadrya first. She summons a Bud every turn, and her 20 MP make it almost impossible to flee. Killing her quickly stops the explosions; her low resistances and her 5,000 HP make that possible.
Then the healers. Move on to the Nenufrog, which heals 20% of its HP, then the Bambooto, which heals all its allies around it. Do not spread your damage: each heal prolongs the fight.
Bloodsucker and the Buds
Bloodsucker affects all your characters for the whole fight: 20% erosion and a life steal in a random element at the end of each turn. A character who ends their turn in contact with a monster heals it; if that monster already has all its HP, it gains a shield.
Burgeoning is cast up to 5 cells away without line of sight, once per turn. The Bud has 20 MP and explodes on contact with its target. For the Special achievement, no ally may take two explosions: the safest way remains killing Damadrya very early.
The monsters of Damadrya's Bamboo Grove
Five level 102 Plantalas, with weak resistances, almost all of which hit in a random element. Aim first at those that heal. The resistances in red are their weaknesses.
In which order to kill the monsters
- Nenufrog — it heals itself for 20% of its HP with Batracare, and its resistances are the highest in the group.
- Bambooto — it heals all its allies in a large square around it with Photosynthesis.
- Bulbush — it reduces your healing, heals itself by hitting and protects an ally with a damage reflect.

Preparing your run through Damadrya's Bamboo Grove
A medium-difficulty dungeon for level 100 to 110 groups that know how to play at range and cut healing. People come for three Pandala quests and some Treechnids, the achievements and Damadrya's soul for the Ochre Dofus, with a Soul Stone for Big Souls (captures up to level 150).
How to enter Damadrya's Bamboo Grove
The entrance is in Plantala, on Pandala Island, at ; the nearest zaap is the Pandala Village one . Three ways to open it: a Damadrya's Bamboo Grove Key (consumed), the key ring if it is registered there, or the automatic group search.
Crafting the Damadrya's Bamboo Grove Key
It is crafted at a handyman's workshop. Stalk, Thorn, Pistil, Tongue and Dried Meat drop at 34% from the dungeon's Plantalas. The Walking Willow also gives 5 Bambooto Stalk and 5 Flowistil Pistil. Grey Sea Bream (fishing), Edelweiss and Rye (harvesting) complete the recipe.

Which team to bring against Damadrya
Ranged play. Each end of turn in contact with a monster heals it. A team that hits from afar keeps the full advantage, and watches out for the Flowistil and the Bulbiflor, which bring you back into contact.
Something to cut the healing. Nenufrog, Bambooto and Bulbush heal themselves or the group. Focus your damage on one target at a time, so that it dies before the next heal.
The comfortable classes. Classes that hit at range are the most comfortable, since contact heals the monsters. Fire takes advantage of the near-absence of resistance of the Bulbiflor and Damadrya, who have only 1 and 2% in that element.
The five achievements of Damadrya's Bamboo Grove
Each achievement gives 5,343,000 XP and 2 Damadrya's Exploding Bud, Duo doubles the XP. First and Special are completed together: in both cases, Damadrya must fall first.

|---|---|---|---|

| Defeat Damadrya in her dungeon while completing the “Stick in the Bud” challenge. | 10 | 5 343 000 | |

| Defeat Damadrya in her dungeon while completing the “Impertinence” challenge. | 10 | 5 343 000 |
Special: Stick in the Bud
No ally may take the explosion of a Damadrya Bud more than once. With 20 MP, the Buds are almost impossible to avoid. Kill Damadrya quickly, first: without her, no more Buds appear.
First
Damadrya must be finished off first. Focus all your damage on her from the start, staying out of her lines to avoid Urticaria. Ignore the other monsters as long as she lives, unless a heal or a positioning requirement forces you to.
Impertinence
Each ally must end their turn in contact with an enemy. The challenge goes against the strategy: each end of turn in contact heals the monster thanks to Bloodsucker. Plan your moves before spending your AP, and avoid contact with Damadrya if you cannot absorb that heal.
Duo
Two characters maximum, under 20 turns. Play around the obstacles and kill Damadrya as soon as possible, before moving on to the Nenufrog and the monsters that heal. Everything must be finished by the end of turn 19.
