Defeat the Kwakwa
The Kwakwa's line
Kwoyal Kwakoukas pushes back 4 cells in a line, and each monster killed adds 40 push damage to the Kwakwa for the whole fight. Don't stay lined up with it, especially against a wall. Removing its range makes it much less dangerous.

Neutral 80%
He has 80% resistance in all elements, but each monster killed removes 40% from him in that monster's element, for the whole fight. In exchange, he gains 40 push damage with each death. His AI flees: he summons four Bwaks on turn 1, then backs off if he can't hit you.
Kwoyal KwarmyFour Bwaks summoned around the Kwakwa, which regains 2 AP. It can only recast it once all four are dead.
Kwoyal KwakpotPower steal that stacks over 3 turns and life steal in a random element.
Kwoyal KwakoukasPushes back 4 cells, in a line only, with push damage that climbs with each monster killed. Avoid its line and walls.
KwabolishmentIts melee hit, in all four elements: play it at range.
KwaristocracyFrom turn 2: 2 AP and 30 power for one turn to all its allies. Cooldown 4 turns.
The five-step strategy against the Kwakwa
Start far away. Position yourself far from the Kwakwa: after its summons, it backs off instead of hitting you, and you are safe at least until turn 2. The four summoned Bwaks, one per element, have 20% less HP.
Open your element. Choose the element you will hit the Kwakwa with, then kill the Kwak and Bwak of that element: 80% less resistance in that element. Entrust them to your characters of another element, who target the Kwak's weakness: Earth against Wind, Air against Earth, Fire against Ice, Water against Flame.
Depending on its distance. If the Kwakwa is far away, kill the Kwaks, then the summoned Bwaks, and finish with it. If it is close, only kill the Kwak and Bwak of your element, then attack it directly.
Pushes, your weapon. Each push damage removes 10% resistances in all elements from its target for 3 turns, and monsters have 50 less push resistance. Push them against obstacles, especially if the whole team hits in the same element.
After the Kwakwa. With the Kwakwa dead, the fight is practically won: all that remains is to finish the Kwaks accompanying it. Then talk to the Esprit Volatile to get the Soul Capture spell.
Kwayalty and Kwapush
Kwayalty is specific to the boss: each monster that dies, summons included, removes 40% resistance in its element from the Kwakwa and gives it 40 push damage, for the whole fight and cumulatively. Killing indiscriminately therefore makes it very dangerous in pushes: only kill what opens your element if you want to go fast.
The Kwapush hits all monsters in the area, Kwakwa included: each push damage taken removes 10% resistances in all elements from them for 3 turns, but gives them 10 push damage. These effects stack and cannot be dispelled.
The Bwaks of Kwoyal Kwarmy
On turn 1, Kwoyal Kwarmy summons four Bwaks, one per element, 2 cells away in a line around the Kwakwa, and gives it back 2 AP. The spell only returns when all four are dead. Each Bwak killed also opens an element of the Kwakwa, like a Kwak, but adds push damage to it.
The monsters of the Kwakwa's Nest
Twelve level 42 monsters, in three families: Bwaks, Kwaks and Kwakeres, each in the four elements with the same spells. Each monster has strong resistance in its own element and to Neutral, and fears the opposite element: Earth against Air, Water against Fire. Bwaks have no weakness. The resistances in red are their weaknesses.

Preparing your run through the Kwakwa's Nest
A level 40 to 50 dungeon that teaches you to play with the elements. You come for the quests, the Kwak sets, capture with a Soul Stone for Small Souls (captures up to level 50), and above all for the Soul Capture spell.
How to enter the Kwakwa's Nest
The entrance is in Crackler Mountain, in Amakna, at , right next to the Crackler Mountain zaap . Three ways to open it: a Kwakwa's Nest Key (consumed), the key ring if it is registered there, or automatic group search.
Crafting the Kwakwa's Nest Key
It is crafted by a handyman. The four Kwak Feathers and Tender Meat drop from the dungeon's Kwaks, at 48%. Kittenfish (fishing), 5-leaf Clover and Oats (harvesting) complete the recipe.

Which team to bring against the Kwakwa
At least two elements. Two characters hitting in different elements quickly kill each other's Kwaks, and each opens an element of the Kwakwa. It isn't mandatory: pushes make up for a single-element team.
Ranged play. Most enemy spells hit at short range or in melee. Stay far away and remove range from the Kwakwa: Kwoyal Kwakoukas becomes much less threatening.
Push spells. With 50 less push resistance and the Kwapush, each push against an obstacle hurts and lowers all their resistances.
The six achievements of the Kwakwa's Nest
Each achievement gives 510,000 XP and 2 Kwakwa Feather, the Duo doubles the XP; the Sidekick gives 765,000 XP. Warning, the Special forbids any push damage, so the Kwapush too.

| Defeat the Kwakwa in his dungeon by completing the “Duo” challenge. | 20 | 1 020 000 |
Zombie
Use exactly one MP per turn. You stay more exposed, and tackle becomes the real problem: without a movement spell or push, a tackled character can no longer move by even one MP. Around ten Flight is enough to untackle, but the Wind Kwak removes 100 Agility from you up to 3 range: kill it first.
Clean Hands
Enemies must be finished off without direct damage. Finish each enemy with poisons, summons, glyphs, traps, push damage or a Rogue's bomb wall. Their resistance penalty to pushes makes this damage very effective. The summoned Bwaks must also die from indirect damage.
Special: Kwakwa Kwapush!
Enemies must take no push damage. It's impossible to lower resistances with the Kwapush: everything goes through the monsters' deaths. Classic pitfall: a Kwak that pushes your character onto another Kwak inflicts push damage on it. Never position yourself between two Kwaks.
Duo
Two characters maximum, under 20 turns. With four characters or fewer, there is no Fire Kwak: avoid the Fire element. Ideally, two different elements: each kills the Kwaks of the other's element, and the Kwakwa loses 80% resistance in both. With a single element, kill the Kwaks of that element by pushing them to lower their resistances. Everything must be finished by the end of turn 19.

The Soul Capture spell
After beating the Kwakwa, talk to the Esprit Volatile, at the end of the dungeon: it teaches you the Soul Capture spell. The quest An Eternal Harvest for the Ochre Dofus needs it for all its captures.
Where is The Kwakwa's Nest?
In Crackler Mountain, at , right next to the Crackler Mountain zaap .
At what level should you do The Kwakwa's Nest?
From level 40, comfortably at 50. The Kwakwa has only 1,100 HP, but 80% resistance everywhere as long as you haven't killed any monster.
Which quest should you do in The Kwakwa's Nest?
Cosy Dungeon and The Ascension, at Belina Thumb's in Astrub and at Charlie Endstown-Smisse's in Amakna Village . Both are completed on the Kwakwa; Brakmarians add Poor Larva.
How do you lower the Kwakwa's resistances?
By killing the monsters of the element you are hitting with. Each death removes 40% resistance in that element from it, and each push damage 10% in all elements for 3 turns.
Which monster should you kill first in the Kwakwa's Nest?
The Kwak and the Bwak of your striking element. Together, they remove 80% resistance from the Kwakwa in that element; have them killed by a character of another element.
Where do you get the Soul Capture spell?
From the Esprit Volatile, at the end of The Kwakwa's Nest, after beating the boss. This spell is essential for the Ochre Dofus quest.
Which stone should you use to capture the Kwakwa?
A Soul Stone for Small Souls (captures up to level 50) is enough: the Kwakwa is level 50.
Can The Kwakwa's Nest be done with two characters?
Yes, it's the Duo achievement, in under 20 turns. Take two different elements, except Fire: with four characters or fewer, there is no Fire Kwak to open it.
Do you need a key for every run of the Kwakwa's Nest?
No, thanks to the key ring or automatic group search. The key is crafted with the feathers of the four Kwaks and Tender Meat, plus a bit of fishing and harvesting.
