The 8 quest steps

1. 1Talk to the Disciple of Vini

   Dialogue[27,-30] · Disciple of Vini

   The Disciple asks forgiveness from Viti, the god of Celestial Awakening, for the harm his people caused. Praying with him would take a long time: he suggests instead that you defeat dungeon guardians while wielding the Viti idols. Each idol gives an alteration, a different bonus to the boss and the monsters of the fight.

   

2. 2Craft the Singed Viti Idol

   Crafting[6,3] · Harmony Daule

   A Huppermage specialized in idols has set up shop at [6,3]. Use the special workshop to craft the idol. You aren't required to craft everything at once: you can make one idol, then do its dungeon.

   The idols are only used for this quest, each against its own boss. Even if an ally already has the idols, you must craft your own before doing the fights.

5. 5Defeat Founoroshi with the Singed Viti Idol

   Combat[14,-32]

   Do the Fouxwork Factory dungeon. In the final room, use the Singed Viti Idol from your quest inventory to get the alteration, then defeat Founoroshi in a single fight.

   In a group, each character must activate their idol for the quest to progress. If you lose, go back to the boss room and use the idol again: you keep it until the end of the quest.

6. 6Defeat the Perfidious Tynril with the Overgrown Viti Idol

   Combat[-53,20]

   Do the Tynril Lab dungeon. In the final room, use the Overgrown Viti Idol to get the alteration, then defeat the Perfidious Tynril in a single fight.

7. 7Defeat the Royal Pingwin with the Frozen Viti Idol

   Combat[-64,-55]

   Do the Royal Pingwin's Excavation dungeon. In the final room, use the Frozen Viti Idol to get the alteration, then defeat the Royal Pingwin in a single fight.

8. 8Go back to the Disciple of Vini

   Dialogue[27,-30] · Disciple of Vini

   Return to the eastern altar and announce your victories to the Disciple of Vini. Bow before the altar to receive the blessing: the quest ends.

Where does the quest Vini's Blessing start?

From the Disciple of Vini, at the eastern altar on Pandala Island, at [27,-30]. You must have progressed The Mean Ol' Witch of the East up to meeting him.

Where can I craft the Viti idols?

In [6,3], at the workshop of the Huppermage specialized in idols, with the choice “Make an Idol”. Each character must craft their own.

Which idol for which boss?

Singed for Founoroshi, Overgrown for the Perfidious Tynril, Frozen for the Royal Pingwin. Use the idol in the dungeon's final room, before the fight.

What if you lose the fight?

Go back to the boss room and use the idol again. No need to craft it again: you keep it until the end of the quest.

Can the dungeons be done in a group?

Yes, if everyone activates their idol: that is what makes the quest progress for each character.
