Cloudy Dofus

The Cloudy Dofus, level 180, alternates every turn: 20% final damage on odd turns, 20% final healing on even turns, versus 10% of the other. It is the reward for the achievement Dreaming of Another World: 101 quests in Enurado, Srambad and the Xelorium, up to The Quest for the Bird of Time and its four-player fight. The Cloudy Dofus

Born from the love of the dragon Khelebragon for the priestess Methea, the Cloudy Dofus is a concentrate of nostalgia: gaze at it too long and you may shed a few tears, which would look bad for an adventurer with a heart of stone. Khelebragon had asked for oblivion after Methea's sacrifice; the god Xelor gives him back his Dofus, and he entrusts it to you.

Available at level 180, it grants no characteristics: everything comes from its passive, which alternates every turn between damage and healing. It is therefore best suited to a character who both hits and heals in the same fight.

The effects and the passive

Passive · Nebulous Dream

On odd turns, the bearer gives up 10% final healing to gain 20% final damage.
On even turns, they give up 10% final damage to gain 20% final healing.

On odd turns (1, 3, 5…), you gain 20% final damage and lose 10% final healing.

On even turns (2, 4, 6…), it is the reverse: 20% more final healing, 10% less final damage. Save your biggest hits for odd turns and your heals for even turns.

How to get the Cloudy Dofus

The Cloudy Dofus is earned by completing the achievement Dreaming of Another World: four achievements that together cover 100 quests across the divine dimensions, then The Quest for the Bird of Time. The Dofus is handed to you at the end of that last quest.

To start The Quest for the Bird of Time, you must be level 180, have finished Identity Crisis and the four achievements below, and own the Watchers Dofus. You must also be able to go to the Xelorium.

One Country For Old Men: all the Enurado quests, split into four achievements (Just A Flesh Wound, Kicking Back, The King and I, Oldrush), for a total of 30 quests, then talk to the god Enutrof.

The Kingdom of Shadows: all the Srambad quests, in four achievements (Saved by the Gong, Spitting Venom, A Game of Thrones, Thieves of Srambad), for a total of 30 quests, then talk to the god Sram.

The Realm of the Possible: all the Xelorium quests, in four achievements (Nowadays, Carpe Diem, Well of the Wisp, Lost Moments), i.e. 25 quests, then talk to the god Xelor.

An Odyssey in Three Dimensions: the 15 quests of the Watchers Dofus, in four achievements (From One World to Another, Under Cover of Night, Future Generations and More Than Meets the Eye, which ends with Identity Crisis). This achievement gives you the Watchers Dofus, which you will have to show to Khelebragon.

    In front of the Xelor temple in Amakna Village, Khelebragon tells you about a dream you have already seen in Fraktal's Megalith. Show him the Watchers Dofus, then join him in the dungeon to face the Bird of Time, with exactly four players: you must survive 17 turns.

    Your three allies must be at the same step of the quest, or have already completed it. A companion can fill out the team.

Conditions

  • Have more than 600 in Agility, Chance, Strength or Intelligence, more than 700 in Vitality, or one of the achievements “Who's The Daddy?” and “My Little Empire”, without being full wisdom (Confounded Generosity, Enurado).
  • Have 3,000 achievement points, 200,000 kamas on you and a profession at level 200, Sidekick achievement (The Final Shutdown, Enurado).
  • Bring 1 kama for the offering to the Treasoracle (Chest Cold, Enurado).
  • Have more than 800 in Strength, Intelligence, Chance or Agility, or more than 5,000 in Vitality, in invested points: a full-wisdom character does not qualify, even if their gear exceeds 800 (A Big Job, Srambad).
  • Come with 6 characters for the slabs puzzle, if you have never solved it (Thread the Needle, Xelorium).
  • Be able to enter the Xelorium.
  • Own the Watchers Dofus and bring 3 allies who are at the same step, or who have already done the quest (The Quest for the Bird of Time).

Dungeons

Fights

35 solo fights, 55 fights that can be done in a group, 1 group fight that potato harvesting can replace, fights against the monsters of a zone, random fights and 1 four-player fight. For dungeons, Brutatax's Factory, King Nidas's Palace and the Vortex's Eye are each done twice, or only once if you start both quests at the same time. You also need one dungeon of your choice depending on your level: Fraktal's Megalith, Brutatax's Factory, Drhossil's Caves, Toxoliath's Cave or XLII's Metronomicon.

Tips

Check your characteristics before leaving

Confounded Generosity and A Big Job require a high characteristic, in invested points: a full wisdom character won't make it, even with their equipment.

Start quests that share a dungeon together

Brutatax's Factory, King Nidas's Palace and the Vortex's Eye each count for two quests. Start them at the same time so you only run each dungeon once.

Keep 200,000 kamas for The Final Shutdown

You must have them on you, with 3,000 achievement points and a profession at level 200. You do not lose these kamas.

Prepare for the four-player fight against the Bird of Time

The bird cannot be killed: you have to survive 17 turns, as a team of four, and if one of you dies, the others die too. The page for The Quest for the Bird of Time details the method.
